This is a membership services that provides that provided its subscribed members the following services:

The Member and all Covered Persons will receive the Services as outlined in the Contract. This is in return
for your payment of the membership fee (plus applicable taxes) and compliance with the terms and conditions
of this Contract. Except as detailed below, the Services will be provided by lawyers appointed by the Company,
who are licensed lawyers (referred to as the Provider Law Firm).

All requests for Services must be directed to
the Provider Law Firm in your province/territory of residence. For legal matters that arise within Canada and
outside your province/territory of residence, the Provider Law Firm may assign a lawyer who is licensed in the
appropriate jurisdiction.
